Customers are entitled to three free Q&A sessions for each software package they purchase.
A $35 fee will be charged for each session after that.
Each Q&A session has a maximum time limit of one hour and covers help in setting up the Action's options only. See Consulting for fixing other problems.
guarantees & refunds
All Actions are guaranteed to perform as described in their pdf instructions, on most popular browsers. Not all browsers are supported so please ask about compatibility before you buy.
Unfortunately this type of software can't be protected by serial number or access key, so once your order is delivered, it can not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will only be given for Actions that don't work as described and can't be fixed. Please contact actionscafé if you have any questions.
user instructions
User Instructions and screen shots were prepared on a Mac using various versions of GoLive and Dreamweaver. Some menu selections might look like yours and be in a different menu location, but the functions are the same.
There are no plans to prepare pdf instructions for all the languages and versions. The small market for this type of software makes that impractical.
software updates & upgrades
Software updates and upgrades are free for one full year from the original purchase date. They will be sent to customers who request them.
before you buy an upgrade
Switching over to an upgraded Actions might involve a great deal of work.
If you have used an Action extensively in your website, ask us about how much switch-over work is involved before you buy or use an upgrade.
