customer Q&A support
Customers are entitled to three free support calls or eMails per purchase. Each session is limited to answering questions relating to one problem.
A fee of $45 will be charged for each 1/2 hour phone or eMail Q&A after that.
Q&A support does not cover Page layout and design.
Payments can be made from this page in advance of any Q&A support session.
Some customers need more help using Actions than is covered by our regular customer support.
Our consultation service can help build your confidence in using Actions and get you started fast. If reading technical instructions isn't your thing, call us.
The Consultation fee is $90 per hour (1/2 hr min). Additional consultation time is paid for in advance in 1/2 hour increments.
Consultation help starts after the initial estimated fee has been received.
This service does not cover Page layout and design.

Instruction videos do not contain sound at this time.
