here's the skinny on consulting and custom programming
custom programming
Our javascript programming fee is $45 USD per 1/2 hour (1/2 hr min).
You'll receive a project estimate first. The work starts after the estimated fee has been received.
Finished material is sent to you after any balance has been received.
The fee charged is for the time it takes to do the work and not for the software itself.
Revised or new Actions prepared for customers will be upgraded or updated at the customer's request only. The upgrade rate is 50% of the normal hourly rate.
All work is guaranteed to perform according to your original instructions, or your fee is gladly refunded.
Walter S. Blady retains all Copyrights to customized versions of existing Actions or to new Actions unless other ownership arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Some customers need more help using Actions or designing their Action pages than is covered by our regular customer support.
Our consultation service can help build your confidence in using Actions and get you started fast.
The Consultation fee is $45 USD per 1/2 hour (1/2 hr min). Consultation time can be paid for in 1/2 hour increments.
Consultation starts after the estimated fee or retainer has been received.
For ongoing consultation, you can start an account and deposit whatever amount you like.
Each phone or email session will be time tracked and deducted from your account, and you'll be sent a session invoice along with your account balance.
Your account can be closed at any time, and the balance minus any PayPal transfer fees will be deposited back to your PayPal account.
how are payments made?
Consultation and programming payments are made by clicking the Support > Consulting payments link in the main menu and following the instructions.
