actionscafé Behaviors include an external script library file that must be linked to your page... similar in nature to importing the external script library in GoLive.

Linking to external scripts isn't handled automatically by Dreamweaver so it has to be done manually. Dreamweaver has a quick-n-easy way of doing this with its "Link to Script" button.
