display sliced images as a random pattern of mosaic tiles

Mosaic tiles are easy to create. The step-by-step instructions show you how.
Use PhotoShop (ImageReady) to design a template of slices, then use the template to quickly slice and save all your images.
Slices can be any rectangular shape or combination of shapes and sizes. You can get creative.
Single images can be displayed as a random pattern of mosaic tiles.
Slide shows use the mosaic tiles as a transition effect between slides.
Fade-in option lets you either fade in each tile or snap it in. You set the fading values (fading option available in Dreamweaver version only).
Tiles are fast-and-easy to prepare using an image slicer like PhotoShop CS2's ImageReady or PhotoShop CS3+.
Set up the slices for the first image only, then create all your other mosaic images with the click of a button.

MosaicSlideShow uses photoShop's auto file naming convention, so you don't have to tediously name each tile.
You don't have to link every tile image either. All you do is set up the initial image place holders on your page. MosaicSlideShow handles image loading automatically after that.

Slide shows can run on their own or can include a full set of user controls.
Set the duration of images and the delay between images.
Display a common Title image between slides with its own duration speed.
Optional "Number of Loops" feature.
Optional pre-caching of images. The next set of mosaics loads while the user is viewing the current image
Use JPG, GIF or PNG images.
A bonus. Mosaic images can't be simply dragged off or saved.
Comes with fully illustrated instructions that carefully lead you through the setup.
